Care and Repair (West Leicestershire) Ltd is registered as an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status no. 24755R.
We are funded by, and work closely with, North West Leicestershire District and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Councils together with Leicestershire County Council (Adult Social Care Service) and Leicestershire Supporting People. We are also reliant on charitable grants and fee income for some of our services.
We are part of a network of Home Improvement Agencies across England. There are currently 227 HIAs over 300 local authority areas. They are sometimes referred to as 'Care & Repair' agencies or 'Staying Put' schemes.
We hold the Foundations HIA Quality Mark and the Community legal Service Quality Mark.

Our Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5pm. On occasion the office may be closed due to staff training etc. An answer phone is available 24 hours.
